Jason arrived before the appointment time to our home for a regular check of the A/C before we turned it on. He discovered a problem that allowed carbon monoxide to come into the house. He tagged the furnace and told us that we needed either to repair or buy new. He suggested new because of the labour cost involved and the age of the furnace. Very helpful and explained his concern for us. He contacted the office and arranged for a sales person to come. Thanks Jason for your assistance and concern.

Called for service as we had no hot water. Technician came within 3 hours. Roch called ahead to say when he would arrive. He was very pleasant , courteous and professional. He completed the work without delay and did an excellent job. His service was great and appreciated.

I called at 8:15 this morning, and by 11:30 your serviceman was here fixing and checking out my air conditioner. He was polite and kept me informed when he had to leave to get a part, and covered his shoes each time he came in. I was impressed with how quickly we had our repair seen. We are new to reliance, but I'm very happy this is the company we chose. Thank you to both the person who took my call and arranged service quickly, and to the Steve K. ..#5630, for the great service we received from him.

Team Member 2392 Very polite punctual and clean...not a problem with this at all.. He called ahead and gave a time and was here within that time frame...Very nice young man.

12 point a/c and furnace tune up, tech was very cordial, explained things to me and I am satisfied with the service he provided tech # was 3053 tech was on time as promised

This is the first time I have Reliance to my home, since they took over for National. I give them a 5 for they took care of my problem the same day I called. I give them a 5 to recommend them to other friends and family. I hope that all my experiances with be good. The person I dealt with was Philip Sirek he was very polite and advised me of what he did and what notes he would give to the company if I have further problems. Debra

Brian/Ed (RCB2315/RCB2947) were extremely professional, knowledgable, and personable. They went out of their way to address not only my concerns but issues they themselves came a crossed. We were looking around for A/C and our neighbor recommended Reliance Home Care. Lets just say we were extremely satisfied! Our Sales Advisor Matthew Santos had a wealth of knowledge and his people skills were impeccable! It was refreshing to see that great customer service was priority.

Last night we noticed we had no hot water. my husband noticed our water heater fan was running nonstop. He follow all the trouble shooting step with customers service on the phone but still no change. Reliance sent Wesley #2491 this morning who corrected the issue and explained to me how the water tank works, what to look out for and matiance produceeders for the future. Thank you Reliance.

The service technician arrived at our house on the precise time given to us. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us in details of his findings.
