Chris arrived at the worksite exactly when expected and conducted the inspection professionally and efficiently. He did not hesitate to answer questions and he provided some very useful advice regarding our air conditioning system.

I called for a problem with my hot water tank. The technician Christian Janssens came to my house on a Sunday promptly within the time he said he would be here. Unfortunately he did not have theThe part that required replacing with hi, but he said he would order it and have it shipped to my house within 1 business day and return to replace it. The next day the part arrived and Christian was once again at my house at the time he said he would be. Christian took the time to explain to me what the problem was and he also noticed another code and took the time to investigate the cause of it. There was a slight blockage in the vent pipe, a leaf that was rstricting air flow. The professinalism that Christian showed with his promptness and eye for detail reassured me about the level of service that reliance provides yby hiring professionals like CHristian.

Customer service on phone was excellent. They gave me prompt service and information. Very friendly. The service technician was excellent he was very efficient, knowledgeable. He gave me excellent advice. Couldn't be happier about the service I received.

We switched to Reliance for annual furnace & air conditioning maintenance last year because we were unhappy with the high cost and sales tactics of our previous contractor. Reliance staff are top notch! The service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The annual contract is reasonably priced and booking staff answer the phone promptly and arrange for quick and convenient home service appointments. I just had my furnace and central air conditioning units checked. I have the heating and cooling Protection Plan which I highly recommend. My furnace is an old one and all parts are covered. It has saved me a considerable amount of money since my furnace has quit a few times and required some very costly parts. The technician Dave is very knowledgeable can answer any questions I have. My A/C was low on gas and he topped that up and it cost me nothing. If I hadn't had the maintenance done, my A/C would have broken down.

Very Professional and quick technician. Sourced the problem quickly and explained what had been happening to my system. Corrected the issue in less than 20 mins. Everything is great now and we would definitely call on Reliance again.

Two very focused, committed and hard working employees who responded to all questions and we had lots. Pleasant, provided articulate instruction re instrumentation. Our inquiry re the future purchase of a water heater, gave us great explanation and referred us to Donna for the details. Conscientious re: cleanliness and use of mats to protect our home. Would definitely recommend these two professionals led by Tim who was senior HVAC installed. Hey you gave us nothing but the best:) Sincere thanks. 10/10 !

Customer service was great had everything installed and running within a day, there online site needs some work hard to navigate if your an older person, all and all great work
