The work was performed by Dan V., from Dynamic Climate Control, for Reliance. Dan and his team provided excellent service, professionalism and quality. His team went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended contractor and service.

We rent our hot water heater and didn't have a problem for 5 years. The service is great, the rental cost covers the tech. visit and parts. The service and repair was fast, from the time it stopped working to having hot water again was about 3 hours.

The technician that came to do the yearly maintenence on our furnince and AC unit was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I look forward to the next visit.

Thank goodness you have Steve #5630 working for you! I have had my yearly maintenance done every year. Today, Steve told me that my humidifier is missing the control switch and it hasn't never worked!! I had this installed in 2012 - and no one from reliance has ever checked this before now!! I have mentioned in the past that I found my air too dry and have been reassured that everything was working! Steve called before he came, was punctual- and noticed that my thermostat needed to be replaced too! It would be nice if someone called me about this!!

Installation was quick and efficient. Workers were courteous and professional. The work area was left in clean condition and there was no damage done during removal of old water heater.

Randy was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in his diagnosis and showed me all of the adjustments and repairs he had done. He made notes on the chart on the furnace to make everything easier for the next technician who comes out. We were very impressed
