Very timely service. Called to advise of arrival time. John is very professional and friendly. Made sure our follow up appointment is early in the morning. John made some awesome recommendation about our fireplace as he was leaving.

Great Service. Had a problem with the Furnace but working now. Very friendly and gave us advise on how to extend the life of the furnace. I would recommend to my friends.

My thankless water heater (Navien 210) broke down for the third time in the last two and a half years. Reliance service technician Andrew P. #2771 has done a great job removing the old water heather and installing a new one. The entire installation took only two hours. Andrew was courteous, well-informed and well-organized. Afterwards he explained the full functionality of the new water heater and even had some good tips for our future furnace installation. I am very pleased with competent service we have received. Thanks Andrew

Yesterday was my 6th service call on a brand new furnace. Someone came out right away (which was great) but could not fix the problem as new parts were required. The parts were to arrive later that day but never did. I was told that the parts would arrive on Saturday. When I called on Saturday I was told the parts department is closed for the weekend and that nobody could help me until Monday. I should not be spending my weekend freezing to death with a brand new hunk of junk furnace in my basement. Six servce calls later and the equipment still doesnt function like it should. thanks for nothing Reliance.

My furnace was making weird noises.When reliance technician,John,arrived he immediately knew what the problem was and had it fixed promptly.Several months earlier I had another Sudbury company trying to fix the problem with no success.So I was thrilled at how quickly John solved the problem and the furnace has run perfectly ever since

The service technician was prompt and delivered excellent service. Technician is Dave S. #1618. He took the time to help me understand what the problem was and made sure everything was working efficiently before he left.

Paul W #2060 came this afternoon after I had called in the morning due to no water coming out of the hot water taps. He was punctual, pleasant, knew immediately what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. Fantastic service. Thanks again Paul!
