Furnace was only blowing cold air. Mark R #1823 was there within an hour of my call an as he always does, did an excellent job in repairing it, and my hot water in excellent time. The service plan is great!

Great experience all around...my furnace prob was resolved by tech 8302...I am not looking forward to my next breakdown however I can comfortably say with this past experience I am happy to be in WINDSOR with the technical team reliance provided me! Thank you Reliance Windsor!!!!!!!!!!!

Jamie came today for the maintenance of my furnace ,ac and humidifier ,he changed the filter was quick and efficient also he tested the heat and show me a lot and also helped me in other stuff other than the maintenance and answered all my question .excellent customer service ..

The rented water heater was about 12 years old and not keeping up with demand like it used to. A small leak had just started from the lower drain valve so I called Reliance. A technician appointment was set up for the same day. Ed showed up promptly and quickly decided to do a replacement. He got the job done fast and in a professional manner and we're all set!

We had a water heater since 1988 and we had it replaced has it was not provinding enough hot water for a shower of load of clothes in the washing machine. Chris, the technician, came to change the water heater and within 1:45 minutes the whole project was done; he clean the area of debrits; super job! Chris is a very nice person, answered all of our questions; very good sense of humour. Thank you for excellent service!

Matt G. was the fifth technician out to try and diagnose and fix our lack of hot water. He was tenacious in his trouble shooting and communication with us to solve the issue. His outstanding work has resulted in no loss of hot water for the past 3 months. Thank you Matt G!

Our furnace stopped working on a cold night in April, which we realised only in the morning. Reliance arranged to send a technician the very next day itself. Randy, Employee # RCW 3035 came & had a look at the thermostat, went down to the basement & opened the furnace door & fixed the problem right away. This is someone who knew what he was doing - was very quick to spot the error. He was very courteous & polite & efficient. Hope we employees like Randy in various fields.
