When I met the agent Jon Eagle is was so taken by his manner, knowledge and openness I quickly decided to trust him and signed a rental contract. I am pleased to write a very positive review about the service I received from Dave, the advisor, and from the technicians who installed my new furnace. Dave gave us sound and honest advice as to the best choice for our needs and helped us save a significant amount of money by encouraging us to apply for an energy audit. They were all very punctual, the work was done promptly, competently, and efficiently. I trust I shall be able to rely upon this company in the future if their services were required.

I had an issue with my humidifier and the HVAC Service Technician (Gabriel) was able to quickly remedy the problem. Also, Gabriel checked the carbon levels from my furnace as an added service. I was very impressed with my service visit. Thanks!!

The service man Chris B. #907 was courteous, did a thorough annual inspection of my furnace and found a serious safety issue. He explained the options of rectifying this problem and arranged for me to speak with another representative who helped us find the best solution for us. Thanks, Chris and Joel!

Andy and Ryan were the 2 men who tested and replaced our leaking water heater. If all your service staff are as friendly, personable, helpful and informative, then your company will retain it's success. They were thoughtful, efficient, considerate and had a great sense of humour. Thanks to the duo...they are exemplary representatives of your company.

No hot water. Phoned Reliance and a very personable technician arrived within an hour. Darren performed several tests, adjusted gas flow rate, and relit the pilot. Problem solved! All this covered by our tank rental agreement.
