The salesman was quite knowledgable and courteous . He kept on top of the job , when it was started . The reliance staff setting up my service were quite pleasant and informed me about my equipment . The only thing that was not done was to check the airflow from all the vents . A/C will be checked in summer . Thanks to everyone .

My parents were away on vacation and the hot water wasn't working so Amber F. came to fix it. She was provided excellent service, was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend her for anyone! Thanks Amber!

My hot water tank malfunctioned on Saturday night. I contacted Reliance immediately. They sent out 2 separate technicians who had never worked on or even seen the type of hot water tank that we have. The second tech with apparently more knowledge decided that the circuit board required replacement but of course their company did not stock the parts. I wanted them to install a temp water heater but was told they would have the part delivered and installed by the next day. I have talked to 5 different employees of Reliance and still have no hot water. I was told that their customer resolution dept would insure that all went smoothly. I spoke to this dept and left messages for them to call me back but my calls were not returned. Everyone I spoke to was very sorry that I had no hot water but they told me I would have to wait. I have lost an entire days work waiting for the part to show up as well as not being able to have a shower for 3 days!! You call this "award winning service". I don't !!!!

Decided to replace the 18+ year old Carrier gas furnace before it "died" and went to Reliance (and 1 other dealer) for estimates. Two big pluses for Reliance: (1) good competitive price for same new Carrier; (2) excellent and careful work by installers (Scott #2197 and Idris #2915). Work took one full day but both installers worked diligently (didn't take a break either), worked carefully and fully cleaned up. Great job!

Paul F came on Mar 2 and did a temporary fix.Today Mar he returned and installed a new water heater and tested vents.All work was completed in a very professional and courteous manner.we would definitely recommend this service advisor

Reliance contacted and sent out a repair technician within 2 hours. Rick (0861) attended and was able to diagnose and repair the problem(s) very quickly. Rick also provided very important information on the daily use of both the water heater and furnace. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

John Bielas (5209) the Home Comfort Advisor for Reliance in our area gave us an excellent overview of the new furnaces and air conditioners now available. His presentation was informative and gave us a look at the many options available. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone interested in the products.

I am very satisfied with tech Ian from Reliance home comfort. He came in time and tested the rental water heater properly and efficiently repaired it in time. I am very much impressed and happy with Ian. It need to be mentioned that at first a lady tech came who put a replacement red tag in hurry. But tech Ian is very knowledgeable, helpful, cordial and repair the water heater quickly and confidently. I am really very satisfied with his work. I am thanking Ian. I am also thanking Reliance Home Comfort for sending an experienced and competent tech like Ian. I am very much glad with Ian and giving ten star.

hi, I called Reliance to install new Tank-less heater. Reliance came on time for the assessment as well as installation. The best home service I ever had in this country.
