Came home after I pass the two last days working outside to find out the furnace is not working when I got Home.Call Reliance around 17h30 and by 20h30 Alireza and Amir got the fan motor fixed,very Professional job thank you,really THANK YOU

Our furnace finally bit the dust a few weeks ago during the coldest day of the year. We had needed a few service calls over the last couple of years so it wasn't a shock, but the timing was bad. The short story is, our old furnace was pronounced dead at 6:30pm on a Friday and by 3pm the next day the new furnace was installed and our house was warm again after having no heat on the coldest night of the year. They offered space heaters which we didn't need since we had a gas and electric fireplace. It was around -35 on Saturday when they started the install so kudos to the the guys for working through that. We opted for the rental instead of buying but we do have the option to buy it out right within the next 6 months if we want. (Ignore the facebook posts about 'problems with rentals and having a lien placed on your house...it's nonsense. Read the contract!) The fact that our rep (Rodney) was at our place explaining options, measuring our house for what we'd need at a fairly late hour and that the installers and service people were all professional and helpful, I'd absolutely recommend Reliance.

When the furnace broke down on a very cold day in February we were devastated. However, Rodney came to see us the same day with a solution. The installation was carried out the next day by competent and courteous staff. Despite the snowy weather, they kept the inside of the house clean and removed all of the old equipment. We had just one very minor issue and Bruce came by and did a great job of fixing it.

I had Reliance install a Rheem Furnace and Central Air unit. The job took the the majority of the day. The two HVAC installers were professional and respectful of our home and explained all the steps. The work was done well and Tim Terpstra explained how all the new equipment worked and gave a tutorial on the new thermostat as well. We were please with the over all job.

Chad McDaid came by to do this service. I received a call from the office, saying that he was going to be delayed due to very bad weather, and then he called to confirm that he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was incredibly professional and trustworthy, making sure I understood everything he explained, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The job required items that he didn't have on his truck, and he immediately made a follow up appointment that worked with my schedule. I'm very impressed, and recommend this company highly, and mostly due to Chad.

After a nightmare episode dealing with the "Call Centre" in which the agent HUNG UP on my spouse, we managed to get our furnace running on our own. When I took this matter to the Sudbury office, both Brian (manager) and James # 2881(tech) restored our faith in Reliance by providing excellent service.

This was a furnace maintenance service provided by Reliance - Jason Silva... the service was done quickly and efficiently.... I am very satisfied with his work and with the way Reliance services its clients.... I pay $28.42 a month, thus, there was no additional charge for this maintenance work....

Reliance has always given us top notch service. Frank, #CBA 2651, was on site and because the furnace would not "act up" spent a long time waiting for the problem to re-appear. Unfortunately, it did not. In the meantime, he checked our thermostat, fireplace etc. Very patient and professional. After he left, of course, the furnace had it's problem return and another great technician arrived and I did not get his name, unfortunately, but he found the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Reliance.

I want to thank Darius Chichgur, Sales person for his diligent job at providing me with a furnace and air conditioning in a prompt manner. He was very understanding about my financial situation and did his best in getting what I needed. He is personable and easy going and has the skills and knowledge about the products he represents.
