Water heater wasn't heating the water. 2 handsome young men, Sam (1382) and his partner fixed the problem with speed and efficiency. Now I can have a hot bath again!

Replaced a 35 year old furnace in fall and I couldn't be happier I chose Reliance and would recommend them in a heartbeat to my closest family and friends. While receiving quotes I was instantly impressed with Reliance. Christine, the home comfort advisor, explained everything and all my options in detail, she answered my many questions and endless emails patiently and promptly and i never once felt any kind of sales pressure at all. The install guys were fantastic, friendly, polite, worked quietly and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. The new furnace is so quiet and our home is consistently warm, comfortable and just the right temperature. A big thank you to Christine and Reliance!

After a large snow fall, my furnace decided to stop working and we were unable to find out the reason why. Called Reliance and received an operator right away who was very friendly and helpful. Sent out a service repair man the very next day early in the morning. Ed (# 8255), our service repair man, was on time and very friendly as well. Was good company while he worked on the furnace and explained what all he was doing and the reasoning behind it. Very appreciated. Would recommend to others for sure!!

Efficient, friendly and professional service from Reliance all around, starting with BR who diagnosed the furnace problem, and Joel who took the time to advise us on options. Today, Matt and Neil installed our new furnace, quickly, efficiently, explained the new equipment, and best of all cleaned up before they left. Thank you all!

When my furnace and water heater first blew up (on the same day no less) a tech was at my house within 24 hours to assess the situation. Within the next 6 hours a representative was available to discuss my needs and supply me with information and choices in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. The installation was completed within 36 hours and the workers were mindful of my house, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and didn't get upset when I asked too many questions! Overall a very pleasant experience. I was extremely happy with the professional, prompt and courteous service through all aspects of the transaction. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a problem with the rotation knob of my furnace. It was stuck on max, therefore i called Reliance to fix it. I was amazed by the prompt service and attention i got from their management (Mandy and Asim) and also from the tech that attended in my house. Joe D'Onofrio (the tech) was very punctual, very accurate to locate the problem and fix it. I was very satisfied with his "not messing around' attitude and proper knowledge, which is very rare to find nowadays in the service industry. Thumbs up Reliance....

Mehul and team was helpful and informative with regards to the replacement of the water heater tank. Cleaned up after the installation. Showed me how to set the temperature on the new water tank.
