As part of their home comfort plan they check on my ac/furnace once a year. Guy helped me replace the filter even thought he didn't have to and was quick and professional.

On Feb 03 2015 Progressive Indoor comfort came into my home to replace ho t water tank that I rent from Reliance. The installer was Steve and I must say he was very efficient at his job he left my home and I was surprised when e actually cleaned up any messes on the floors made from water spilling from old tank. He made the experience very comfortable, I should have expected that being he came to my home on time.

My Furnace motor fan broke and we experienced gas leak due to a defective valve. Craig from Reliance was knowledgeable, hard-working, cheerful and extremely competent. He changed the defective parts at no cost to me since I have H/AC protection plan. He spared no effort to make sure everything is in the best state by the time he left. He made the experience of being without furnace for 2 days ( during which he made 2 significant service calls) in the coldest time of the year much more bearable since he was appreciate of the situation and made you feel that he's truly taking great care to make it better. I'd recommend reliance to everyone, especially this competent and humane technician, Craig.Thank you, Reliance. Thank you, Craig.

Furnace malfunction on Friday evening. Peter showed up on time, completely professional, and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace in minutes. Continued to check gas pressure, CO, and a few other items before leaving. Fantastic service!!

Considering the circumstances Gabriel came out today to take a look at my furnace to see what exactly was making that weird noise, gabriel found the cause to my noise issue (it was only duct contracting and expanding from the heat) thankfully gabriel was able to ask the right questions to actually be able to see what was the cause of the problem.... Gabriel is very professional and i recommend him to any of reliances customers. Great job

We have decided to change everything at once,knowing that is going to be a big project. However it was easy and smooth .It started with Lina ,friendly and very knowledgeable .She make sure that she let us know about all details .the product itself ,the savings after installation etc .The installers are very efficient and punctual,clean as well.Great overall experience.Thank you.

Installed a new furnace in July that has been experiencing some difficulties. All the staff at Reliance have been very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with from the sales guy Tom Gianitsopulos to the senior service technician John Saliba. I highly recommend Reliance as they completely stand behind their product and provide excellent and prompt service. Thanks John and Tom for all your efforts. Your attention to this matter and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

My daughter needed to replace her old furnace immediately as the old one was leaking carbon monoxide. It is February and she had no heat and no furnace. I called Beth MacLellan and she immediately came to the house with space heaters and began the process of purchasing and installing a new furnace and water heater. Her service was the greatest. She arranged everything so efficiently and made a difficult situation much better. We are very grateful for her excellent service.

Decided to update the furnace, water tank and later the air conditioner. They were very efficient and cleaned up as they worked. Afterwards they explained everything so I would understand.

After our water heater had malfunctioned, I had called Reliance for help. After a consultation, it was determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. I was then transferred to Rental Advisor, Solthea, who was very helpful and patient with my questions. He was very thorough with his explanations. I decided to go ahead with a new water heater and Solthea made arrangements for the very next day. Our technician, Phil C, arrived the next day and completed the installation. He was very pleasant, courteous and well-mannered. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. Please ensure that these two individuals are recognized for their wonderful service!
