Our furnace stopped working working around 4 pm and we called reliance, who said that they would send someone to fix the problem. They sent Stephen F. who arrived within the time span they gave us (7-8 pm). He was not in a rush and he fixed the furnace promptly and was very professional. Because of this experience i would recommend reliance to anyone who is having problems with their furnace.

Today I received impeccable service from James #2881. He was thorough, polite, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Upon asking Him technical questions in regards to the furnace he responded technically and provided examples. GREAT WORK JAMES!!!

Sr. Service Technician John Saliba was prompt, professional and very helpful with our furnace maintenance. All components were replaced and more importantly, an issue with the humidifier was detected and corrected allowing for improved performance (with a savings in water use ). Appreciated the service call!

Our furnace had stopped heating and was inspected by Amber (employee #1620), she arrived on time (called beforehand to confirm) and promptly diagnosed the problem after which the source was found to be a broken igniter. Amber immediately rectified the issue (ordered new part) and we were on our way! We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Amber and Reliance. Ravi

No problem with the service. However, Reliance does not have any service people available on weekends. Living in Northern Ontario, you freeze and your water pipes can freeze until a technician is available on the following Monday.

A Gentleman by the name of Otto Brampton Fixed my Water Heater in November 2014. Mr Otto was Very Courteous and Nice. He took his Shoes of while Walking in my house. He fixed my Water Heater. He communicated Fluently and said if I had any Further issues to call Reliance. Mr Otto Thanked me for my Business and told me to have a Great Day. Very good service cleaning my furnace. Very thorough! Appointment schedule very efficient, call ahead to advise of time to arrive at my home was very good allow for time to prepare for service person arrival.
