    Replacing new water supply pipe to city link after pipe leakage

    We learned that we had a water supply pipe leakage after hearing constant water running noise and a drop in water pressure in our 6-yr-old townhouse. We decided to go with Anta not just because they offered us a competitive quote, they also left us good impressions from their informative website, the professional & knowledgeable phone conversation, and Steve's friendly & knowledgeable initial visit. The job took 2 full days and Igor and the other fellow were able to start the next day. They worked very hard (digging three 4-6 ft deep holes!) and did a great job while trying to minimize the amount of dust and duration of water stoppage as we had 2 little kids in the house. They also replace a few of the builder's crappy water valves in the basement. Thank you for your great service and everybody was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I are impressed and we would definitely recommend them to our friends & neighbours.

    Clogging of house drainage

    On the Easter long weekend we had a problem as the main drain was clogged in the laundry room. We called Anta Plumbing and they came on Sunday. The Secretary was helpful as she told us that someone will show up and will give us an estimate. Jonathan came and used the snake to open the clogged drain. At about 30 feet the drain was clogged and then it was opened. Jonathan advised us to use the camera which enabled us to understand the problem. The roots of the tree and for some unknown reason the clay pipe was bent and opened at the joint. Jonathan advised us under these circumstances to replace the clay pipe with the plastic pipe. He gave us a written estimate. He was very considerate in preparing this estimate. He went out of his way to resolve the issue at a reasonable cost. He also advised us to put the Back water valve. His crew came punctually and did a great job. They covered our belongings with plastic. Also Jonathan suggested we install a floor drain near the basement bathroom to protect flooding. The Inspector came and checked and the crew finished the job. Anta gave us a guarantee for 25 years. I would recommend Anta to others.

Out technicians corrected everything to plumbing code and repaired the clay pipe. Many houses still have clay sewer pipes; it gets destroyed by time and roots. The only option is available to remove the pipes, or if it's possible to apply the liner.     Blocked laundry tub

    My kitchen drains into the same stack as my laundry tub located in my basement and the whole drain pipe was blocked. Anta Plumbing sent Patrick over to diagnose and fix the problem, which he did with a coil machine. He took the time to explain what the issue was and ways to rectify it if said issue came about again. I'll be calling Anta again and referring them to my friends for sure. I would have to say just dealing with Patrick was a pleasure, great attitude and very clever.

    Toilet stuck issues

    John did a great job helping us installing a new toilet that finally flushes down stuff. It almost 11 pm we really needed to fix the toilet, he came and I was very grateful that he did at this hour. The service was great, thanks a lot!

    Plumbing

    I recently had a problem with my toilet. Tom from ANTA Plumbing came out promptly on a Sunday and was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem. I was very pleased with the result and Tom's knowledge and professionalism.

    Washroom leak

    I had a problem in my bathroom and called several plumbers. Anta responded professionally and was able to give me a quote over the phone. Their administrator Pina was also very helpful and understood that I needed someone quickly. They sent over Jonathan in an hour (where the other companies couldn't get someone over for 5 - 8 hours). Jonathan explained the problem in detail, made suggestions on how to avoid it in future and fixed it quickly. He left everything clean and even tightened up my toilet seat without being asked!

    Roots infiltarion

    I hired Anta right after technician arrived to my house. The company hired extremely professional guys, Steve and Tony were very informative and professional. I can feel that every word they say is truth and they get that with many years of experience. No charge for camera inspection, no charge for trensmitter, no charge for power flashing my kitchen lines. Great discount for me, even they had to deal with very tough soil condition, very sandy and soaky. I was very impresssed by Vadym and Luke crews. They very funny and very friendly. The job presentation was at very high point, they know what they do and why. Great experience and save a lot of money, I 've been told by my friend at work they paid almost double for the same repair year ago. I wish it wouldn't happened to me this spring, but at least I have 25years warranty from company to be back and at no charge take care about me.

    Drain repair and new 1'' ploytube water

    It was a saturday morning i woke up to a sewer back up in my basement i called 3-4 plumbing companys and all want to charge just to show up when i call Anta the woman is the office was so eazy to deal she send steve out within the hour steve was great he wore booties to protect my floors he did a see-snake scope of the drains finding that the big maple on front lawn had broken my drain in two spots so steve told me about a pipe brust it saved my lawn and interlocking walk way also we install a back water valve and we are getting a rebate steve offer to upgrade or old lead water line at the same time i love the pressure is great thanks again steve and the team at anta

    Kitchen sink clogged

    Our handyman rented a 25 ft electric snake from Home Depot but was unable to reach the blockage. His advise was to call someone with a camera but that is a costly procedure. When I called AnTa, Susan explained that we can try using a 50 ft electric snake first because it usually does the job; then we could use a camera if it still didn't work. Tom came within the hour and and was able to find the blockage at about 35-40 ft down the side wall in the basement. It requires a strong person like Tom to be able to manage that vibrating snake! He was very knowledgeable and knew to ask me to flush the upstairs toilet and listen for thrashing sounds in the basement walls to confirm the drain pipe's location. Thank you for clearing my sink's drainage and saving me from having to use the more expensive procedure.

    Installation kitchen faucet, drain connection, installation of shut off valves on hot & cold supply
