Hot Tub Spa Purchase

I purchased an Obara Hot Tub from this company a few years ago and the Customer Service has been a nightmare and then I heard they went out of business. They don't return calls once they have your money in full and the owner is a rude obnoxious individual.
My advice is,'stay away from Obara' unless it has new owners who know how important follow-up customer service is.

Hotub installation

On the coldest day of the winter we were using our hottub. We are very pleased with the installation of this hotub. The sales staff at Obara were negotiable and very friendly. They gave us two extra inline filters. They came in handy to filter larger debris particals. I would definitely do business with them again.
