Tyler came to quote the same day called. We acquired other quotes, theirs being more reasonable than other companies.. Two days later, two men showed up just before the arranged start time. They replaced the water line from the city service to our home as it had sprung a leak. These gentlemen did a great job, were professional and left no mess. They laid drop cloths to keep the floor clean and shop vacuumed up where they had to drill through the foundation wall for the new line. Both men were experienced plumbers finishing the job in a day.

Hugo was the technician. He showed up at 8:30 am. Was finished at 3:30.
There was no disruption to our yard. The yard was completely cleaned up when they left. We would highly recommend drainmaster.

My sewer line was 65 years old and collapsing, I needed approximately 70 feet replaced. I had a new driveway and did not want it torn up, these guys came in and did an amazing job. The estimator and the work crew were polite, courteous and professional.

Since I bought my house in 2002, I had ongoing problems with roots in my sewer pipe. Every six to twelve months, I had to call plumbers to cut the roots in my main pipe. The last time, it costed me 600$ for a 2-hour job! Never during these years did a plumber told me there was an alternative to the traditional re-piping method which costs a lot, is dirty and damages your front yard. This was the case until my neighbour told me about trenchless pipe replacement. I called a few companies and got a quote from two of them, including Drain Master which I chose in the end because the quote was less than half the other one and because they seem to really know what they were talking about. I was SO impressed by the quality of the work of the young men who came to my place. They worked SO hard and did such a stellar job. I had to write a review to express my gratitude and satisfaction. This is truly an outstanding company.

PS: And I took advantage of this contract to have my waterline replaced at the same time.

replaced waterline as promised, but failed to fix the gaping hole they put below grade in our foundation. It wasn't till the winter rains hit that this became apparent when our basement was flooded. When I called to complain I was met with a screaming owner who did nothing but throw threats around and tell us he does this all the time, and its industry standard, what a load of crap!!. shoddy work and terrible customer relations. All it would have taken is a small amount of hydralic cement and a bit of time to seal off the hole and avoid the entire situation.

Provided fast and professional service for my broken waterline. The fellows doing the work were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The office was very helpful as well with all my questions Will definitely use again if needed.

I needed my polyb to be redone which ran underneath my driveway. It proved to be quite difficult as the pipe snaked and was longer then anticipated. They took 2 days instead of 1.

When reconnecting to the city water the connection blew and the township of langley was called to fix it. I now have another $13500 bill that drainmasters refuses to pay and the township has added it to my property taxes!

The owner of the company has sworn at me and now we have to sue him to get me money back. Apparently this isn't unusual with them when things dont go there way.

We had a water lake on our water main underground, and our crawl space is very low. We had MILANI & Pristine Plumbing guys came and both companies told us it’s a big job and our driveway had to be cut, dug up and reroute the entire waterline. Also told us trenchless waterline won’t work in our case. Later, two of our neighbours recommended Drain Mater so we decided to hire them.

Drain Master did a really good job! Two guys came around 8:30am and finished at 4pm. They replaced the entire water main pipe without digging. Installed a new shut off and another shut off at the end of the house for more security. Patched the concrete in the crawl space, filled soil around our water meter and even cleaned our floor before they left! A job well done for the half of the prices the first two companies quoted us! We had a water pressure problem, but after having the Pressure Reducing valve replaced by local plumbing outfit we still had the problem, they then sent a different plumber, but this time they did a quick check that proved the problem was not the valve, but was in the water line into the house, too bad they didn't do this simple test before charging me $600.00 for something I didn't need.
DrainMaster saved the day, approx 90' of replacement piping installed in one day, no mess, no fuss, 25 year warranty. Super impressed with Jose & his sidekick (sorry, I couldn't remember his name) they worked efficiently, effectively and cheerfully. I would recommend them anytime. I dread to think what it would have cost to have it fixed without this amazing trenchless system.
