Ben, warranty technician, in Newcastle is very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. I have had my share of warranty issues in my new home and Ben always responded quickly and professionally. He also has many skills and will fix things during his visit. Ben also went out of his way to explain things to ensure I understood what was happening. Ben has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had some issues with our sump pump and Benjamin, our Warranty Tech, was super quick to answer our request and to come out to address the issue. Plumber was scheduled and came the same day to fix the issue.

We purchased a spec home with Sterling in the south side around 2017. We've had the home for over a year now. At the very start, the sales representative that we were working with (Ryan) was very friendly, receptive and responsive with us and our realtor. He walked us through all aspects of the home before we bought it to make sure that we were okay with everything. Before the home was built, we wanted a small change to our kitchen counters which was accommodated by Sterling. Moving into the home, we had very few problems but the warranty folks that we worked with were top notch. Any time we had any issues with the home, we communicated this with the warranty folks (Qualico) rather than trying to post a negative review or complain and this equated into a good relationship where even after the 1 year warranty, we had some issues that they were able to resolve for us. As we did our landscaping requirements, we have also had quick responses from Sterling to help out on requests. Have been really happy with Sterling so far and would certainly buy another house from them in the future if the opportunity arises.

We built second house with Sterling and it was custom home. we had some issues with Sales team as they don't know how to deals with houses in other communities.

Other than that, it was normal process with some issues but service is good.

Absolutely excellent service in all aspects. The house was ready to move in when we viewed, and we loved it from the first minute we saw it.
Ryan and his team were very supportive and knowledgeable in the whole process from introducing us to everything to possession of the house.
The house is built superbly, the Warrenty conditions are very good, can only be recommended to everyone.

In terms of warranty services, Trevor is abrupt in taking actions to our needs, it was just a few errors in the furnace but they are easy to talk to. In just an hour or two, concerns were managed. Thumbs up.

We are very happy with the professional and timely service that we received from Trevor on our doors that were not insulated properly and on our door handle that was broken. After finding out that we had a problem with the doors, Trevor very quickly replaced all of the weather stripping and fixed the broken door lock.

Ben has and continues to go above and beyond for me and my family. We have had some minor repairs that have had to be done and he always comes as fast as he is able and gives the highest level of service. He is friendly, honest, reliable and works hard. I wanted to recognize him and share our experience. Thank you Ben!

I purchased a house and took possession in April of 2018. Building the house was a stressful time but most employees were helpful and when we had a complaint and took it to the customer service department it was dealt with appropriately and fairly. Since then, I have referred my cousin to buy a home with Sterling as I thought their workmanship was great and I felt that they did a good job overall with our house. Unfortunately as he was closing the deal for his home, he was told that he would have to forgo the referral fee of $2019 that would have been given to us as he was "already getting a really good deal on the house". Unfortunately the purpose of a referral fee is to reward the people who are referring Sterling Homes as a company. Not give a home owner a better deal on the house. This is the 3rd family member of mine to buy a home in Westerra. We deserve these referral fees and it's extremely unfortunate that Sterling Homes would cut us out of the sale in this way. So please buyer beware when it comes to referring this company as there will be of no benefit to you.

We are very happy with the quick and efficient service Ben has provided us with our warranty and home issues. Our concerns are looked into quickly and follow up is provide to ensure everything is satisfactory.
