After 15 years, my furnace broke down. Of all days, of course, on a Saturday!! I called Infiniti. Farhad, within 3 hours sent over a technician (Hesam) who informed me that the motor is gone.
Called back Farhad who diligently & carefully explained to me all the options including fixing versus replacing the furnace. Long story short, as it was Saturday & the weather was called, Hesam came back Sunday to replace it. 3 or so hours later, job was completed.
Amazing professional people & at a good price.

About two years ago I had a very bad experience with the former owner/Director of Infinity Air Conditioning & Heating. Last year the new owner came to my home to personnaly deal with my complaint. I was very impressed with this gentleman who gave me resurrance that what I experienced in the past will never happened. I sincerely appreciated his visit and I'm convinced that he will do what it takes to satisfy all his customers. I intend to continue doing business with Infinity Air. They are great guys.

Great company. They have been servicing my furnace and installed a new air conditioning unit. They took the time to install and thoroughly make sure the unit was operational before finishing the job. They are very honest and go above and beyond a typical service job. Very happy!

Needed to replace my furnace, called a few companies and decided
to go with Infiniti Scarborough. They were not the least expensive but from sales to installation every thing was done very professionally. They followed up after installation to make sure every thing was up to my satisfaction. I waited couple of months to post a review to make sure everything works fine.

I needed to change my furnace and had called around to different companies. The Infiniti sales person was very helpful to provide me with different types of furnace models and which would be the most suitable for our home. New furnace installed today.every thing from beginning to finish was done professionally, sales man came yesterday ( Saturday Morning ) did all the measurements and explained some helpful information, i chose the model i wanted and then today morning technicians came up right on time and did a great job installing it. They thoroughly explained what they did and the features of the new furnace. Great guys to talk to as well. They also were neat, friendly , i also got a ecobee WiFi thermostat as it was in their promotion. I highly recommend this company.

Infiniti technician came for annual maintenance. He was well aware of the system mechanism and did such a wonderful jab in servicing my furnace. He took his time and examined all component of the system and cleaned and vacuumed the system. He gave me valuable advice to keep the system safe. He was very courteous and punctual. I highly recommend this entity to every one to minimise maintenance cost.

We had a furnace and humidifier installed today by Infiniti , everything from beginning to end was just done perfectly, every one came such as sales rep and installers was very professional, friendly and responsive, one of the technicians answered all my questions and gave me some tips about a new furnace, Cost was resalable as well , Overall everything had done very perfect, i recommend Infiniti.
