The pipe under the kitchen sink burst and water ran into the basement. David returned my call shortly and came as soon as he could. He changed the pipe and improved the design with trap door for future cleaning. He had to cut open the cabinet and drywall just because of tight space, otherwise it could cost even less.
This is my 4th time returning to David. He had replaced my backyard faucet, laundry faucet, master inlet valve and backyard inlet valve.
Our house is 56 years old and we had a leak in our toilet tank which was the original tank when the house was built. I fully expected that it could not be fixed because of its age but to my pleasant surprise David was able to get a part and had it fixed in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend David to anyone who wants a good job done, reasonable price and short waiting time.

He came to my house for 15 minutes, filled a bucket with water, put food coloring on it, and dumped it into the toilet bowl. For that we were charged $169.00. They were fast in their response, but I think we were overcharged for what they did.
