Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

Was having problems with the washing machine. Got to know about Elite and called them. The entire process from someone at the contact center logging the complaint (my Work Order number 227445), to a representative coming to assess the problem, to parts being ordered and the machine being fixed... everything was done seamlessly and efficiently. Must say I was impressed!

My washing machine wasn't pulling in cold water. I called Elite. A technician arrived right on time the next day and fixed the machine in 15 minutes. He explained what he did and showed me where the problem was. The machine works perfectly and we haven't had any issues since. Highly recommended.

Booking was easy with EA. The technician arrived on time as promised and took a look at my dyer that was not working properly. After a proper diagnostic the problem was revealed. Parts needed to be ordered and within 2 days the part arrived and same technician came and installed it. This company thrives on knowledgeable personal and staff. I was very happy with their service and will recommend to them anyone.

My family had an issue with our new washing machine, and a technician came within 2 days. He was a very talented technician, and he was quick as he understood the issue right away when he saw it. He was very kind and professional. The washing machine was fixed in less than 10 minutes and I was more than satisfied. Thank you for the very kind service that was provided!

I hired Elite Appliances to repair my Ariston washer/dryer combo. I paid an initial $140 for the diagnostic and downtown surcharge fee. The machine was being used for the past two years and the washer was broken as the cycle stopped at a certain point and the clothes would not drain. The technician said the problem was a faulty door interlock which would cost $35.10 which I paid before the repair continued. The interlock was replaced and I paid a further $158.26. The machine still was not working.
I called into the office and complained that the technician must have misdiagnosed the problem. Another appointment was made for his return and I was told that there would be no further charge unless there was another part that was needed. The technician said that the machine was working and that we weren't operating the machine correctly which I could not understand because the machine was being used for the last two years and it was working perfectly. He refused to remain to ensure that the washer did complete the cycle insisting that we were at fault and stated that we needed to pay a further $140 for him coming back. I foolishly paid the balance.
The washer is still broken and the company refuses to acknowledge that they misdiagnosed the problem. It has been a very unpleasant experience with the technician as well as with the staff and I definitely would never recommend this company to anyone. To conclude the company has the audacity to send me an e-mail giving a $25.00 discount for the next service.

Needed 5 different pieces to fix the freezer part of our refrigerator. Took about longer than originally thought but Samsung had trouble getting the replacement parts but sent texts and emails to keep us up to date. Work was completed in a timely matter and our repair man was courteous and personable and competent. Work order # 227369. Mrs B Peksa

My brand new fridge wasn't working right and elite made it better than new. The technician was punctual, well mannered and finished the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
