Boonstra Heating and Air Conditioning

I tried different company to service my furnace, and I feel the technician from Boonstra's one hour is very professional and knowlegable, also their price is quite reasonal, I'm satisfied with their service.

Boonra is an excellent company. We have used them for our heating and cooling needs for ages now. Their product is great but their service is excellent. Our service person feels like part of the family and we know that we are being taken care of.

In the past I have used several different companies to come into my home to clean my furnace.
The service person who did the work for us in September seemed to me to know what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself PLUS screwed the cover back onto the furnace when he was done. In the past most have simply set it in place. I liked his diligence.

Boonstra's One Hour is exceptional!! The technicians were friendy, professional and knowlegable. They explained everything they were doing throughout the visit. our duct work was located at the bottom of our basement stairs over the years it was in pretty bad shape.i called Boonstra for an estimate ,they came very quickly gave me an excellent quote . They came back in a couple of days and finished the job

We are very pleased with the quality of work and service received from Boonstra's. It was evident even upon initial consultation that Boonstra has very high level of expertise and is very thorough in its assessment and approach. Our house was built in late 1800s and poses several challenges for almost all nature of work. The consultation advice and plan was sound; the actual work in removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace was quite challenging, however, the technicians exhibited some ingenuity and worked hard to successfully remove the old and install the new. In parallel, they worked to install new Air Conditioner. They all worked well together with proficiency and efficiency; very professional. Excellent work!

Last fall Boonstra came to do the regular winter check up on my furnace.
I usually observe the technician when they do the tune up. I remember asking about how he knew if the heat exchanger was not cracked and he reply that he can tell by measuring the CO levels from the exhaust. At the end of the visit I signed the work order. After he left I read the work order in more detail and on the check list was " Camera inspect the exchanger " I called the service manager and they sent out another technician who did the camera inspection. In the future , I will ask the technician for the work order check list and make sure he does what is checked off .

I'm very pleased with the service that Boonstra provides, especially the 24-hr phone service and the professional and friendly manner of the service and repair personnel. Repairs are explained to me so that I understand what I am paying for. We recently moved from one home to another, and we chose to keep Boonstra as our heating and air conditioning company.

We were selling our home and had the furnace serviced (on a Saturday) and when the tecnician came it needed to be shut down. When we explained our situation about fact that our house was going on the market on Tuesday, they had the sales person out later that Saturday and the furnace was replaced on Monday, in time for the house to be up for sale. The sales woman was wonderful, no pressure tactics just very practical and helpful about what we needed. The service men came on time, were extremely clean and very polite. I would highly recommend Boonstra's and I have the service contract with them for my new home.

this company has far exceeded my expectations...they have always showed up on time...everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable...would absolutely recommend them to anyone...

they were not my cheapest quote but i certainly got what i paid for and would pay it again..the air quality equipment has made a huge impact on the amount of dust we used to have in our home...
