Cambridge Floors

It was a pleasure dealing with Gary and Mike at Cambridge Floors. The laminate on the main floor looks beautiful and so does the tile in our small bathroom. There were a couple of minor issues (bathroom door rubbing on tile; flooring under dishwasher needed to be removed) that they fixed promptly.

One major issue that came up during our renovations was that the dishwasher leg became bent. It wasn't clear whether this was a pre-existing issue, or whether it happened during the dishwasher disconnect, or during the flooring installation, or during the first dishwasher reconnect attempt. I think it is a testament to Gary/Mike's character that instead of putting the blame on someone else, they just fixed it (unbent the leg) as part of their follow-up fixes. Thank you!

I received quotes from a few basement flooring contractors prior to settling on Cambridge Floors, but what I quickly learned about them, which set them apart from thrift competition was their ability to assess exactly what I was looking for and able to execute in a specified time frame due to their abundance of experience with basement floor projects. Although they weren't the cheapest, they were the most straightforward and transparent. This made my decision that much clearer.

My basement renovation was executed spectacularly by the Cambridge Floor crew. They were highly professional regarding communication and execution of the renovation. The final results are transparent and credible. Thank you again for maintaining high energy and excellent customer service throughout this process.

Cambridge floors made me sign a 60 day term contract for flooring they installed and before the 60 days were up they had put a lean on my house and messed up my mortgage, now the bank won't give the rest of the money I need to finish my house. This company is disreputable and how they approached this situation is completely illegal and immoral. I will never use them again, and suggest no one ever does

Our dish washer got leak and the floor need a redo because of all the mess.....and the flooring is a definitely a smart choice because it saved our lives with kids, we love wooden floor just because of the feeling of cleanest and easy to clean !

There is so much to be done, but Cambridge did the most important part in our living room,flooring, we hate carpet in the summer, now enjoy kids around and feel cool!Terrific job!
