Great service! We had to replace our entire 2nd floor siding. A large portion of the side ripped off during a storm and we can see the other side of our house as going to come down too. They quoted fairly and was extremely quick to accommodate us in. The job was done in 4 days and the house looks beautiful! THANK YOU Steve!

Wow, what an amazing job. Everything's a challenge in our house. The sliding doors needed to go into the kitchen to replace 3 old wooden doors that were misshapen and leaky. Besides being uneven, the old frames supported the ceiling. As usual, Steve Mercer came up with a creative idea, a large sliding door framed by 2 windows, supported by a large beam. Steve McCue came up with the way to make it happen and then did so. He even chose a wooden trim for the inside because my kids call this small addition "the cottage" and the colour of the trim matches our table. See the picture! Isn't it beautiful? Now I'm just waiting for a quote on spray foam insulation for below the kitchen floor. (Hint, hint...)

The service was amazing, all the windows were installed nicely. It was lubricated very well. Suddenly felt i was at a new house again. Well done guys! I would definitely recommend that to my friends. The price was too reasonable.

Project was two fold. Our Eavestroughs were 25 years old and needed to be replaced, and we recently had our garage re-bricked which damaged the aluminum trim around the garage doors. Steve was very responsive, showed up a day after our initial call, he was prompt, very knowledgeable, and gave us a very competitive price. We were working on a tight timeline, and Steve accommodated our request, with the crew working on a Saturday. Work was excellent, crew was professional and maintained a clean work area at all times. Excellent work and service by Steve and crew, very highly recommended.

From day 1 of meeting Steve, through the quote process and the final installation, the professionalism and ease of project management was outstanding.

All of our exterior doors were changed, the price was competitive, the product is great and the installers did exactly what we would expect from a contractor entering our home. (Covered furniture, cleaned up throughout the job and were extremely courteous the entire time)

Several of our rental properties need new doors and windows and we plan to only use Fortress moving forward.

Steve came to our house to measure and provide a quote. His price was great compared with the other quotes that we received so we signed the contact right away ! His crew came and installed all windows and the patio door in one day ! Thank you, Steve, the windows look great and work well. A big thank you to the installation crew for picking the wood frames that matched our baseboards, for cleaning up and being on time. But the best story is about our entry door... Steve was so kind to store it for us until we were ready to install and the door came out with an amazing custom design where the attention to details and the workmanship are at their best. We are both very happy with the result and with Steve's company.

The whole team did a great job replacing all of the windows. I obtained only the one estimate because Steve Mercer projected such a strong sense of integrity and work ethic and this was apparent in the whole team; Steve McCue, Stan and Paul. The price worked, the work was done efficiently and looks great. I even noticed a couple of extra touches after they left that were greatly appreciated but not part of the actual job. Steve Mercer followed up after the installation to ensure I know how to get the most out of my new window purchase. A very impressive organization and a pleasure to meet every one.
