Alireza did the basic checkup but gave us some valuable info on taking care of our filters. Others told us to use the dish washer but Alireza said it was not good as it is too harsh and really not needed. Especially since the parts are no longer available and a new unit is probably $1,000. Ouch.

Needed my HRV serviced and cleaned. Called for an appointment and technician arrived the next day on time. Did the job and told me I needed to also have my air ducts cleaned so I've booked the same company to come back and do that too.
