Knowledgeable staff introduced us to Meile products and we happily purchased 3 appliances. We have been extremely pleased with the performance of all three and have recommended them to friends and family. We felt the pricing was fair and a Meile representative came to show us how everything worked.

The employees are so helpful - they'll find out everything they can to give you all the information you need to make the best decision on the best product at the price you can afford.

Fridge stopped working all of a sudden one day. At first we went to several well known stores but did not find what we were looking for. Friend recommended Trail appliances so we took a look. Good selection of appliances at very competitive prices. Delivery was quick and went smoothly. Would recommend this store to others.

I have a small clothset I want to fit a compact washer and Dryer, I have been searching other appliance stores and Trail have the largest selection for the compact washer & Dryer. The sales person is good, no pressure, I just find it a little inconvenient that I have to drive to Annacis Island to pickup the washer & Dryer.

My washer started to leak 2 wks ago and it was a 15 year old washer. I decided to get it replace and went to Trials. The staff recommended a samsung steam washer that was on sale and even help me claimed a $85 rebate from bc gov. The washer/dryer together was $1999.

I recently purchased a LG Fridge at Trail Appliances at the Richmond Location and I did not receive much attention from the staff. I had to get the staff to come help me with my purchase. Overall in terms of delivery it was excellent.

A Frigidaire dishwasher was purchased that had a faulty part, detected only after a bottom leak started to damage my wood floor. When detected, original sales rep was contacted who eventually referred me to the warehouse. Long wait for calls to be returned after I submitted photos of the damage and faulty part was replaced. After 9 mos of attempting to get help with floor area replacement through Trail, I was told that the manufacturer would be contacted; that this matter was their responsibility ! Trail staff (2 sales staff and warehouse rep) were non-communicative, unhelpful and dismissive. After close to one year of frustration and waiting, I have not received any communication from Trail or Frigidaire, let alone repair to my floor. I have never had deplorable service with any appliance company before; Trail is definitely breaking new ground in the industry !

We got a new gas BBQ installed from Trail. We went with a weber and it is wonderful! It is so nice not to have to refill tanks anymore. Their cost was comparable, their people were on time and they were polite and kind. Would buy from them again Ina heartbeat!

I've been a customer of Trail Appliances for over three years now and they are the first place I go to when I need a major appliance.

I've found the sales person generally very helpful. Some can be a bit "forced sale", especially towards higher profit margin items (i.e. appliances specially made for Trail). But once I found the right sales person (originally Coy, who subsequently left the company, and now Catherine), I always make my purchase on the spot.

I've found their prices, especially during boxing day, to be unmatched. And even when other retailers have lower prices, I'd get better prices by simply asking for it. The service has always been impressive.

On the delivery side, I've never had any issue with them scratching the hard wood floor or damaging my walls. My washer and dryer pair ended up barely fitting into the storage closet and I don't know how the delivery person managed to push it in... but I was so impressed with them that when I told my mom about it, she ended up buying the same thing from Trail.

The only problem I have is the dishwasher that I purchased this month (Nov 2012) was charged about $160 in delivery and installation and I think they used to do this in house and costed only around $70. Something to take into account when making your purchase as it adds to your final cost.

Overall, I highly recommend the company as the go to place for major appliances.

Trail Appliances does lots of advertisments in the market which catched my eyes for quite a while. So when I needed to buy a new fridge to replace my old one, this company came to my mind immediately. I have to say they provided me with good delivery service, lots of brands for my selection and with reasonable prices, I was very satisfied with the customer services, as the staff there helped me to choose the right one that can not only fit in my kitchen but also with high energy saving function. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and what i appreciated most is the fine arrangement of delivery, which was very punctual, the installer was very helpful and skillful, I would love to shop Trail Appliances in the future.
