We were having some issues with our 8 year old garage door openers - the courtesy light and motion sensor was not coming on and the doors were starting to make a lot of noise. I called around to a few vendors, and Megan was great at listening to the issues. What I really valued was that she didn't try to sell me on a service call, she made some suggestions that I could do myself to try and troubleshoot the issue. I tried this and it turns out that the circuit boards were malfunctioning, so we changed out both units (it is a 2 door garage). The service technician, David, was great, he worked quickly and knew his product and services really well. He installed two new units, tidied up the wall control units (the last installation 8 years ago looked like a dog's breakfast), adjusted the rollers so they are whisper quiet. When he finished up he showed me the various things I needed to know and went through them thoroughly.
All in all a very positive experience.

My garage door spring broke and I called the service line. Todd gave me a price immediately and set up the repair appointment. The day of the appointment Ben called to say he would be arriving shortly. He showed up and quickly took care of the problem as well as checked a few concerns I had about my door. The whole experience was just EASY. I would definitely recommend them.

The garage door coil spring broke in Strathmore on Monday night. I called the service department in Calgary first thing Tuesday morning and had and appointment for Wednesday morning. The service guy Daren came Wednesday morning and had it fixed before 10:00 am. Daren was a great guy who also made sure the door was aligned and lubricated before he left. I couldn't ask for better service.

I went to Creative Door needing parts and advice for my broken garage door. The people in the parts (Thanks RMCNALL !) and service departments were knowledgable and professional. They really went the extra mile for me.

The Technician was pleasant and professional, he was wearing his ID Badge where you could read it clearly when he introduced himself.
The job took him about 1/2 hour and he left the area clean. He explained to me what he did and asked if I had any questions, he said if I did later just to call the office. These are the kinds of service people you appreciate having in your home and I will recommend Creative Door to all my family and friends

We had great service from sale agent Kara , a very efficient & thorough installation from two technicians. We received quick reponse from service coordinator Carolyn regarding a minor garage door repair. Technician Darrin arrived on schedule to fix the problem, he was very professional. We are very pleased with our garage doors. Highly recommend your company. Please keep up the good work.

I called Creative Door Services on Wednesday. They tried to fit me in that day but were unable. They worked around my schedule to come a couple days later. They were perfectly on time and the repair was done quickly.
