Andrew and his partner did phenomenal workmanship at an affordable price. I had these guys install 2 new air conditions in our commercial lease property; from the get-go they assured of a hassle free convenient installation. They were very generous with the pricing, as I got pricing from 3 other contractors! I recently had them replace the HVAC system in my personal residence which is over 30 years old. These guys are not your ordinary contractors, as they hold engineering degrees from Toronto. We'd been trying for 2 years to get the central air replaced on our bungalow. Polar Dynamics made an extra effort to respond as soon as possible to our request for a quote coming out in the evening after work. Install was scheduled for that weekend and system was up and running that day. Work was clean and very well done. Representative was polite, well spoken, and followed up to make sure everything went well.

From the initial call to get a quote to the actual installation, I felt comfortable and confident in the ability of the crew to get my job done. Andrew even took the time to instruct me on how to use and program the remote control for my new Mitsubishi air conditioning unit. My home was left cleaner then when they arrived.
