Arrived as scheduled. Worked on replacing fridge freezer drain cleaning and thermostat replacement. Market comparable on price of labor. Service people were very helpful, professional and friendly.

I phoned for service on an electric stove that wasn't working. The repairman provided excellent customer service and a very thorough evaluation of my appliance. We had a bump in the road getting the appointment set up, but I'm glad it worked out. The repairman apologized for the mis-connect and said "Customer service is what sets me apart" and I believe him.
