About a month ago, Ethan did a great job replacing a leaking washing machine shut off valve, replacing the old drain pipes under the kitchen sink, and installing a new bathroom slide bar shower head at our condo. We're especially pleased with the slide bar shower head he recommended and installed. Compared to other plumbers we've used before, Ethan's competitively priced, but his service stands out because he's an excellent communicator who works with you to find a solution. He listened carefully to our concerns, offered helpful suggestions to help us stay within budget, provided a clear and transparent quote, and responded to all of our questions in timely way (before he was contracted to work with us and also after completing the job). Ethan connected the water line to my fridge. While giving me the estimate he explained the work that needs to be done and the option of pipes to be used so I know what I am paying for. I chose the copper pipe which is more expensive but higher quality. He also came on time, which I appreciated very much. Most importantly, the quality of his work was superb, as he is highly professional, and very meticulous, making sure everything is clean and is working well before he left. In addition, his friendly approach and patience to explain and answer questions made it stress free and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Ethan for any job in plumbing.

Ethan was very prompt in responding to my request. Based on my research on pricing using Homestars reviews, I can confirm that he provided a fair price for the job. He replacement the tap for the hose tap and also replaced a connecting tube, as well. He was quick, efficient and transparent. Great traits that I look for when hiring anyone to do work on something I have no expertise in.
