We had some negative experiences with other contractors and trades people over the years, so I was kind of dreading getting our windows replaced. However, Wellington Windows was great to work with. John was polite, helpful, professional, and their work is top notch. I would definitely recommend them.

Over a year ago, we realized that we needed new windows. We moved into this house about 10 years ago, but now the windows were clearly deteriorating, fogging up, and becoming cloudy between the panes during cooler weather. We were reluctant to start the process because it seemed so complicated, overwhelming, and expensive, but finally decided that it needed be done. We found Wellington Windows and were immediately impressed with how they do business. They were straightforward and honest with their quote and all throughout the ordering process, so we decided to go with them. Were glad we did. The installation team was incredibly professional and efficient. They got everything installed and ready on time and cleaned up so thoroughly youd never know they were there. The transformation is remarkable. Our house is much more comfortable and the new windows look great too.

John and the crew from Wellington windows did an amazing job replacing all of our windows. We are so happy with the quality of the windows and fantastic workmanship. Ilja and the team came to install new windows in our 95-year-old home last week. They were incredibly professional at every step, ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and making sure that the house was safe and secure the whole time, even while they were working. I was home with my four-year-old at the time and they didnt inconvenience us at all. The whole team was so incredibly helpful, even assisting us with the process of filing for the rebates wed get for putting in new energy efficient windows. This was greatly appreciated. We love the work theyve done. The windows look great and the house is so much warmer with new windows. We give them top marks without any hesitation.

One thing that really impressed me with Wellington is that they didnt try to sell us on anything. There were no pitches or high pressure tactics. They listened to what we wanted, gave us some recommendations, and then let us think about what we wanted to do. They helped us with selecting the design of the doors, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for, but they didnt pressure us into anything, which was very much appreciated. We always felt in control the entire time but we also felt supported by their expertise and assistance. The service was excellent overall and the doors they installed look great.

We contacted Wellington Windows to ask about having them install picture windows in our living room and awning windows in our kitchen. We spoke to John, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Him and and his team stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process to keep us informed. There was a delay from the manufacturer at one point, but they made sure we knew right away and then adjusted the schedule to make sure installation still happened on time. The windows look great and we cant say enough good things about the installers. They were kind, professional, and took time to explain all the details to us at every step. This is a very trustworthy company and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

John and the team did an excellent job for us. We replaced our entire windows and doors. We were informed about the progress by weekly emails, and then the installation was scheduled well in advance and was fully completed as planned. There were two windows with minor issues and without mentioning, the team identified the defect and are scheduled to be replaced at no cost. Really appreciate the professionalism. John (owner) has been exceptional in his attention to our purchase of a new door. During these difficult times brought by the pandemic, there was a significant delay by the manufacturer in delivering the piece. John and his team were highly communicative over email and calls to update me on the status. They worked tirelessly to unblock the delays to ensure an installation before winter as the delivery date was to have been September. Thanks John to you and your team for a professional service. What really impressed us though was the extra thought John put in to source us an antique screen door from another client of his because he knew we were looking for one.
