Had to get faucet replaced. Plumber was nice enough but had to pay for 2 hours of travel time for him to drive to get a new faucet, which seems excessive. In addition, even though it took over a month for them to send the invoice and they do not accept any form of credit card or electronic payment they called me twice in a week and half wanting to know where the cheque was and stating that payment was "due on receipt" of the invoice. Needlessly aggressive. If you are going to expect immediate payment and be excessively aggressive about payment terms then you should accept ANY form of electronic payment. I've never had an experience with this level of aggressiveness on collections.

Retained NuTeck for the above work for one of my Industrial clients and they did a great job going above and beyond by chipping out (with chisels) the drains which had lost half their depth due to silica build-up.

Also, great response time for emergencies when I have called upon them for Drain back-up etc.
