I just had my windows installed and they look great. Joe was great explaining everything and I felt no pressure. He was also available when I had questions after he left. The crew was very professional and tidy I'm so happy with windows and installation.

Ordered custom windows in Aug 2020 - installed on Jan 16, 2021.
The process wasn't smooth, there were production delays, issues with the quote and some confusion regarding a hard wired alarm and its continued activation. if it weren't for the installers Lien and Dimitri, I would have cancelled the whole order.
But I am ultimately glad I didn't the windows are beautiful and have been performing perfectly for the last 3 months.
The installers saved this sale - in a monumental way, and I'm glad they did.
