They worked on my washing machine, despite not making it on the appointment date they reached out to me and re-scheduled with an apology which was a good gesture

I could have bought a new dishwasher for that price. They were not clear about their pricing. $220 an hour for labor seems excessive. Communication was very poor. Technician that did the job was good.

So very thankful to have used ESCAN Appliance to have my dishwasher and dryer fixed. Friendly staff , affordable and quick to come out and repair my dryer. Once I met the staff I asked about my dishwasher and the technician was so efficient fixing both. We called it the Christmas miracle. I now can do my laundry and my dishes at the same time!
