Tom responded to my Homestars request quickly and provided next day service. He was polite and well priced and was very helpful in walking me through the problem. Highly recommend!

Contacted HomeStars & had speedy response from WinGate. Able to accommodate my working hours - after 6 pm, early morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Ordered parts. Fixed it. Would have Tom back again if needed!

Dishwasher lock was not working and he repaired it instead of replacing it which kept cost down

A quick review found the leak in the dishwasher and he will return if it happens again as part of the warranty. That is really nice to know. Friendly and good service.

Had a dying Samsung fridge that I wanted professional advice if to try to repair it or not. Evgeny provided me with candid advice that there were repair options available but in his experience none of them were guaranteed to fix the problem and it was probably better money spent on buying a new one.

I would always rather a company provide me with advice that repairs could end up costing more than a new unit. I've gone down rabbit holes of repairs for other appliances that I wish I was provided this advice up front instead.

Technician came on time and was very professional. My dishwasher was working perfect after the repair was done. Thanks.
