Reliance Home Comfort

In response to my query, Mr. Andrew from Reliance Home Comfort ,visited my home to discuss upgrading of my 24 years old Gas furnace for home heating . Relevant points were discussed and clarified curtailing
future bills , services,warranties etc to my satisfaction.All paperwork was completed fast after due verification Mr. Andrew was punctual,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful..I look forward to avail their services, if required in future.

My air conditioner stopped working the second day into a heat wave so I called Reliance and booked a service call on line. True to their word they called me within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment. Steve came to fix it and arrived at the beginning of the window of time I was given so no waiting. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was, told me what caused it and gave me some helpful hints to prevent further problems. He represented Reliance well and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dean Timpany of London, Ontario gave me excellent service. I wanted to change my services & he gave me several choices & options. He was prompt, courtious, & truthful. He delivered what he promised & although I'm told my air conditioner was very expensive I feel safe with reliance services & guarentees.

We turned to Reliance for a new furnace and air conditioner because of the service we have received in the past and because of the promotions at the time. Our sales representative, John was very knowledgeable and professional and he ensured that we had all the information necessary to make the right choice of product for our situation. The installers, Mark and John, were also very professional and ensured that they walked us through the entire process. Once installed they ensured that they explained how the new equipment worked and did not leave until all our questions were answered.

I pay a monthly amount to cover service on my air conditioner and my furnace. On the weekend my air conditioner stopped working. I called Reliance and expected to receive a lot of hassles to get anyone out to look at the problem and was sure that any problems they would find once they got there, would not be covered. To my surprise they arrived the same day as my call, were courteous and professional and were able to have things up and running within the hour. All costs were covered and they thanked me and were on there way.

I called Reliance when my home water heater was leaking, and they contracted Seasons Change Mechanical of Gravenhurst, ON to do the work. The team at Seasons Change were very professional, did great, fast work and were an all around pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with the thorough inspection that Kyle Vodden did of my A/C, as I am covered under the Comfort Protection Plan. Kyle made an appointment with a sales person named Dean Timpany, who was thorough and very informative in all my concerns. I have been a customer of Reliance for many years and have always had a good repot with them. Dependable, and always trying to meets my requests. I feel that both Kyle and Dean have continued to see that Reliance is and still do maintain the flexability of keeping customers as their number one priority. I have chosen to rent the system and it has given me the window of perhaps buying it if I so feel the desire.
