Sam spoke with me on the phone and helped diagnose the situation. We made an appointment, he arrived promptly and examined our hot water heater to identify the problem. He explained that the leak came from the relief valve, and he replaced it. When I described a second location where water was leaking from our humidifier, he inspected that too and recommended replacing the filter. I highly recommend his service.

The Eugene's diagnosis was completely off. The actual issue with our fridge was the defrost heater, but he didn't even check or consider it. We're really glad we got a second opinion and saved $700+. But they still charged us $85 for diagnostics. Gopal of Herc Du Soleil did a great job installing 24 panels at my property in Toronto. He was very knowledgeable, professional, fair, and adaptable. It was a difficult and long delayed project due to city permitting requirements, etc. but Gopal was helpful throughout the process and was able to adapt to the particulars of my project even though it was not a standard installation. (I installed a large custom metal carport and he needed to attach to it with special fasteners and hardware in freezing cold weather). Gopal handles the paperwork and most of the physical work himself so you know that you are getting someone that knows what they are doing on site. Everything turned out great and we are very happy with the final product.
