Had an emergency situation in early January where a streak of good weather allowed me to fill up my relocated hot tub. However, upon fill up I noticed that the circulator motor was not kicking in and wouldn't prime. I contacted several technicians, and Master Spas of Mississauga, and got a reply same day and coordinated a fix the same day. Upon visit, the diagnosis yielded a quick fix, which was the circulator pump was plugged in to the wrong socket on the main board (electricians error). Anyway all is well now. We just bought a home and we wanted to put in a fence. This company came highly recommended by homestars and they did not disappoint. Larry is very professional and respectful giving us excellent advice on how to approach our fence. We had something in mind and he outdid himself. The fence is very sturdy and beautiful, and the deck looks brand new! Things I liked: - Ali was polite and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. - Quick price over the phone, no site visit required for a simple job - He said availability was any time with a couple day's notice, and he came through on that. Honoring your word is important - the job got done quickly and with no problems Things that were less than perfect: - he had 2 assistants which made the house a bit crowded for such a small job - after the job was done he didn't light the pilot light on my water heater - he didn't supply a flex hose for the final connection to the gas stove. Once he saw the used stove that I bought, he asked if it came with a flex hose and was apparently surprised that I didn't have one. Apparently he doesn't carry extras on the truck so I had to go and buy one. A google search of "do new gas stoves come with flex pipe?" reinforces my suspicion that it was probably just his way of getting an extra 50 bucks on the job I am easy-going so I would recommend him just based on good availability and coming on the day we agreed to, that is more than you can say for a lot of contractors. That is why I overlooked the other issues. But some homeowners could be much more upset by the other issues.Latest review:

A difficult work site of varied elevations and obstructions, he carefully considered what we needed and made excellent recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. Best company you will ever hire! Phenomenal communication, workers showed up on time, they worked hard, they were respectful, clean and the quality of work, impeccable, they cared about the workmanship and it showed. The projects they did were large, hardscape all around my house, front, back (around my pool) and the sides of my house. I recommend them to everyone, I don't even price shop any more, I just call Trevor if I need anything and that is who I go with, his team is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
