I had a very bad customer service experience recently and had been very hesitant to find someone to build my deck. Alex from Prime Decks was very patient and his team was very professional and respectful throughout all stages of deck construction. His rates are very reasonable as well. Workmanship is excellent and it is obvious that Alex takes pride in attention to detail and esthetics. He discussed doing picture framing which I had never heard of before and it certainly adds an extra touch of class to the deck! We love the look! I was kept updated throughout the process and all questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. The job was done well and it was done quickly. I would most certainly recommend Alex and Prime Decks!

Slava was the first of 6 contractors to evaluate the work and was selected because of his excellent investigation of the leak from the en suite shower to the lower floor. He expressed honest suggestions after my attempts to remove & reapply silicone. When the actual cause was confirmed, he worked diligently to replace the lower faucet and fixed the problem without costly, disruptive and wasteful renovation of the entire bathroom. The patch work on the ceiling and adjacent closet wall was exceptional. There was no sign of the damage caused by the leak.
