Painting crew that came was rushed and argumentative. Deficiencies were acknowledged, but never completed. They have never made the time to return to fix the issues, always "too hectic, under the weather, slept-in, can we reschedule..." a month later Matt has stopped returning my calls or texts. Would not recommend. Agree with the previous reviewer on follow up/ customer service.

We successfully had completed your project. The deficiencies you had expressed to our crew were errors out of our control. The original state of the popcorn ceiling was not to be changed. Just painted a fresh coat of white ceiling paint.
We completed exactly what we had charged you for. My crew was unhappy with your hospitality as you were trying to get them to complete work they knew wasn't included.
I had expressed to you to fix the dilemma regarding the state of the popcorn ceiling which was a different project entirely and we proceeded to just paint the ceiling as agreed.
