I am extremely pleased with the work they did on two homes. Denis and his workers did interlock work and renovated my basement in my last home and then I had them assist with interlocking and redoing the basement in my second home as well. Denis is my go-to person when it comes to home renovations.

Air strength was poor on our top floor and a friend of mine had this service done and highly recommended them. I had them come and check out my system and he was very clear that my system wasn't horrible but explained the positives to doing the service now vs waiting. I'm happy I did it now as the difference in the entire house is quite noticeable. My basement is the same temperature as the top floor. Great service

Had the electrician come to figure out why my dryer kept tripping the breaker. Took him less than a minute to see the installation done 7 years ago was faulty. The wire had burned. He fixed it very quickly and then looked over the entire panel to make sure everything else was installed correctly. He then fixed a few other things around the house. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend him in a second.

They installed my fence in late 2011 in Maple. The first issue was that they destroyed the grass around the fence areas and seemed to use my backyard as a common walking area so much of my grass was damaged. Darwin, who is no longer with the company I'm told, promised it would be fixed in Spring 2012. Despite MANY calls, this was never done. They actually never returned ONE phone call last year. Now, I've noticed several of the posts have very large cracks. Obviously, some cracking does occur but the cracks in some of my posts are VERY large and wide. The company refuses to come check it out nor do anything about it. Alex, the "project manager" of Integrity Fence responded to an email telling me, based on pictures I sent, that I should not worry as I will be able to enjoy my fence for another 10 years. He says they offer one of the best warranties in the market. Easy to say that when you won't follow through with customer requests to look at the fence. You can have a great warranty but if you won't follow through with it, it means nothing unless the person chooses legal action. My guess is that they used sub-par materials which may not be treated all the way through which is what is causing this damage. Sadly, I don't know for sure. What I do know is their customer service is horrible and they never fixed my grass as promised. I'm told they made a similar promise to a neighbour and didn't follow through. They should definitely remove the word "integrity" from their company name. Buyer beware

Been having some issues with my dishwasher for years and finally decided to have it checked. Called Joe in the morning and he was here in the afternoon. Super nice guy and has great knowledge in dishwashers. He walked me through the potential problems, told me he saw little noticeably wrong with it but since he was here he cleaned it out for me. Plastic was found in the chopper which affected the machine. He cleaned everything out and it works better now. He was an honest guy not out to gouge me with un-needed repairs or parts. Would recommend him any day. Thanks

The humidity level in my home was getting very low so I called this company after considerable research online. My call was answered right away and an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. He was punctual and efficient and everything appears to be working great. the humidity levels have risen to a comfortable amount. Thanks again.

Steve and Matt just left my house smelling like Thyme and LEmon and with much cleaner air. From the moment I contacted the company and received a response in less than 2 hours from Paul, I knew I had selected the right company. Matt and Steve arrived right on time today and were finished in the time Paul estimated. They were both very professional, informative, and friendly with our animals. I've heard horror stories about duct cleaning and did my research before hiring this company and will not hesitate to hire them again when I do this again. Unlike some duct cleaning companies, I am certain this one will be around for a long time.

Was looking for a good company to finish my "man cave" and looked at several companies before deciding on this one. Mike and his crew were very helpful, informative, and friendly. I spoke with several representatives form other companies and none were as professional as this one. Job was completed this week and I am thrilled. Mike walked me through each step and gave me the pros and cons of every deceision that needed to be made (even when the result would mean less $ for his company). I'd recommend them to anyone who needed a good home threatre installed.
