Garage door opener had stopped working, and I couldn't fix it myself. Nick came from Royal Garage Doors and had it repaired within 30 minutes. He supplied us with new remotes and fixed the keypad. Without my asking, he also lubricated the door, improved the alignment of my sensors, and did some basic maintenance at no extra charge. I was very happy with the service and the result.

We hired Potlight Expert to upgrade all of the potlights on our main floor (about 35 lights). Existing holes had to be enlarged to accommodate the new lights. It was a good experience from start to finish. Hussein demonstrated the lights so that we could choose the colour spectrum we wanted. He and his team worked quickly. They added junction boxes for each light and removed an old chandelier at no extra cost. They swept and cleaned up before departing. The new lights are great! Highly recommended.

We hired Air Force to clean the ducts on a house we recently purchased and renovated. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, completing the job in about 2 hours. The crew was polite and answered my questions. They showed me photos and video of the ducts before, during, and after the cleaning. They cleaned the furnace. Overall, it was a smooth and good experience, and I would hire them again.

We lost a patch of shingles in a strong wind, along with a few thousand other people in our area. I tried contacting about a dozen roofers, but either could not get through or was told it would take too long for them to get to me. When I got through to AZ Roofing, they said they could put up an emergency tarp the next day, which they did as promised. I have no complaints, and I'm grateful for the quick service.

We have had regular bi-weekly cleanings from Anna's Housekeeping for about two years. Generally speaking, we've been satisfied: the service is reliable, convenient, and cost effective. My wife does somehow complain that not everything is as clean as she would like -- our cleaner does not move our furniture to clean behind it, for instance, and sometimes hard little bits of food remain stuck to the kitchen floor afterwards -- but that might be normal for house cleaning services. To me the cleanliness of the bathrooms is the main requirement, and we have no complaints there.

Prompt and friendly service. We have a high, steep roof with difficult access, but he did a great job with no complaints. He installed mesh over the pigeon roost entrance, and one-way doors for the squirrels. After a few days, we didn't have animal troubles any more.

We had been fighting mice for over a year when I finally decided to call someone to help. Pesticon came the day after my call, were efficient and polite. More importantly, in the month since their visit we have neither seen nor heard any mice. We are very happy with the service!
