From the moment I called Hossein gave he the knowledge I needed to make the right decision. He took the time to explain the different types of potlights and explained what would most likely look best in my home. The crew including Hossein showed up early and did a walk through the house to talk design. He made amazing suggestions for our tray ceiling in the bedroom which I would have never thought of. They were extremely honest even if it meant fewer lights. This entire job was done in less than one working day and they left my home as clean if not cleaner than before. Since this is a new build they recommended to get a ESA permit which would send an inspector out to see the job once complete. Therefore the electrical home warranty would stay in place and not be voided. I am so happy I found Potlight Experts on Home Stars as I would reccomend them to everyone considering getting any potlights.

I was given a lot of information over the phone about the difference between makes and models. After deciding on a lift master pro belt system the lady explained how to care for the machine. This lady at Dodds was more than helpful and made me feel like I definitely made the right choice in using them. The installer came right on time and had everything installed in a hour or so. He left no mess and was very pleasant. Dodds is the obvious choice as their customer service is top notch.

Delroy came the day after I called him. He installed my dishwasher very quickly and professionally. He needed a different part, went out and bought it and came right back to complete the installation. I have already recommended him to friends and family!

Making an appointment was quick and easy, they were at my home within a few days. Joseph was extremely professional and gave us many options. I was very happy that he was so patient working with us. He even gave us quotes and drawings for projects we want to do in the future. Their prices were on par if not cheaper that the competitors and they were extremely professional. I would recommend not even looking elsewhere, as there is no need to. We are looking forward to using Superior closets again in the near future.
