Mike was incredible during the quotation process. Very supportive and advised based on my vision the right way to go with multiple options. The technician was phenomenal. Best service I have received in all my years of being with Direct Energy. I feel he should be used as an example for how to communicate, work and understand clients needs. He was a great guy..even made him some snacks. I was shocked when he arrived at my home at 8:15 p.m. and then advised me he had 5 more calls after me.

I've had 26 vendors in my home over the last two weeks and Mr.Potlights was the ONLY one, no scratches, no dents, no damage. Simply put, world class service, world class installation. I have no hesitation recommending John for any type of job. He is an amazing guy, his crew is fantastic and he is a gentleman through and through. I can only say one thing...for potlights there is no one else to trust.

Asked for a specific crew that was amazing, did not get it and the crew that showed up damaged all our furniture, I would highly recommend you NOT use these movers. Took them 14 hours to move our furniture. This is after my family and I personally moved 247 boxes.
