A few years ago, we had Royal Home Improvements renovate the powder room and ensuite bathrooms in our home. At the same time, they replaced the ceiling and added pot lights in the basement. We were so pleased with Royal's work that we have called them back to completely renovate our entrance hall and install a new front door. They will also be replacing the countertop and backsplash in the kitchen and installing a wet bar in the basement. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Top marks for 1 800 got junk. The men showed up on time and were polite and organized. I was given a good price to take away approximately 300 square feet of ceramic tiles I had removed from the kitchen floor. It only took the two men about 20 minutes to load the truck and the job was done. I will gladly recommend 1 800Got Junk to friends and family.

To anyone looking for a new roof, look no further than Keating Roofing. We just had Keating install a new "CertainTeed Integrity Roof System" including shingles, additional vents, and flashing. These folks are professionals and we were impressed with their performance from start to finish. Our first contact was with their sales rep Vlad Blazanin who provided us with an extremely detailed "Roofing Proposal". Far superior to your standard estimate, this specified exactly what they would do every step of the way. The final price was determined by our choice of shingles. Keating has three crews, all Keating employees - no subcontractors. Ryan was the crew chief on our job and they were terrific. Each day plywood and tarps were put down to protect property, shrubs, windows etc. and at the end of each day, everything was removed and the area completely cleaned up. Ryan and his men arrived promptly at 8:00 am and worked straight through. They did not rush any aspect of the job but instead, worked carefully to ensure each part of the installation was done properly. Seeing them take such care was a pleasure to watch. The finishing touch was the installation of flashing and Matt did a superb job. As with everything else, his was quality work with careful attention to detail. The new roof looks amazing! A new roof is an expensive proposition to be sure, but the peace of mind that comes with a job done to perfection is priceless. We would absolutely recommend Keating without reservation. Kudos to Public Plumbing. About a year and a half ago, Public Plumbing installed a backflow valve to prevent sewer backups and basement flooding. They did an excellent job. We have since called on Vlad from Public Plumbing to install a new toilet and to remove and install a dishwasher. We are very pleased with all the work done by this company and are happy to recommend them highly! We would certainly call them in future for any plumbing needs.

We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in the basement. We had been looking around but decided to deal with Alexanian largely because of Tony Gulbay at the Dundas street location. After speaking with Tony, I was sold on him. I was very impressed by his product knowledge and his "no pressure" sales approach. Tony came to the house to take the measurements and check the current floor. He then arranged for the installation and we could not be happier with the job done by Jay Aydogan and Burak Seymen. The finished floor looks amazing! Thanks to the excellent service we received from Tony and Jay, we will definitely recommend Alexanian to friends and family. We will also be back to see Tony when we replace the kitchen floor in the near future.

Having finally decided to install a backwater valve, we checked out a number of plumbing companies that had worked in our neighborhood. After meeting with Naz, we chose Public Plumbing. Naz explained exactly what the job entailed, gave us definite timelines, and quoted us an excellent price. Naz organized the whole project from start to finish, including arrangements for the city inspector. Because of this, there was no wasted time and the job was completed very quickly and efficiently. The work crew was punctual, courteous and worked hard. They also did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished. Just last week, I called Naz to ask his advice on another drain issue. He came to the house the very next day, answered all my questions and gave his recommendations.
