The whole team at Yvon Insulation took absolute care of us and our home. Mitch and Nathan were great with their communication and made sure we got exactly what we needed without spending where we didn't have to. Jean and Andreas did a perfect job removing the old attic insulation, and blowing in new insulation as well as installing soffit blocking and baffle venting. Amir and Ron perfectly sprayed our sprayfoam as well and made sure to do a clean and thorough job as our home is partially finished. Thank you to the whole team at Yvon for helping us with our insulation and the government rebate.

Justin was immensely informative, so well prepared, and incredibly succinct in all of his explanations to me. He took his time to make sure I understood every single aspect of what they were doing, what they look for prior to making decisions, and complete transparency about all the products they sell. Bobby and his team did my skylight and had it done in less than an hour after. Absolutely amazing experience, he quoted it quickly and the lowest of all the ones I received. Massive skylight(6.5x4.5 feet) that required custom sizing and had it delivered in 4 weeks versus other companies quoting 10+. I've attached before and after photos. Very happy. Would recommend.

Brutal experience. Windows were paid for in full and I was told I would get a replacement window for an error that occurred during production. Salesman didn't care to follow up, customer service can't keep track of their installation crews or clients, and they feel the need to call way after evening hours. I needed to message, call and email many times for a reply. My prior review was a 10 and wonderfully fantastic, but after the way the mistake was handled and how late it was handled, my wife and I are extremely disappointed. The only reason we would maybe recommend Brock is strictly limited to their superior product. We were sold on the idea of how easy it would be to get issues rectified and it seems its been nothing close to what we were promised. It's been over a month now. Stefan and his team did a fantastic job installing. The windows are fantastic and we love them.
