Initially had another contractor do drawings and plan the basement but then the price was higher than expected. Contacted Elia and the home improvement people who came and gave me a very reasonable and realistic quote. They were very professional, kind and they were fast. Any problems or issues were quickly fixed by Christian and Carlos and communication was great. They made the whole process fairly easy for us to navigate. I will call them first going forward, make them your first call too. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We had Gum Tree take out some old cabinets and redo our laundry room. Quick and responsive when communicating information including quotes and scheduling work. Very professional when they came out to take measurements and answered all questions we had. The work itself is impeccable and was done very quickly. They made an eyesore of a room into a beautiful and functional space. You will not regret having them do whatever projects you're thinking of. Can't wait to have them back

Great experience with Finley roofing right from the start. Very prompt and easy to communicate with. They actually came out to take a look at and give an accurate quote for the roof. Brought tons of information and samples, answered all questions before I could even ask them. They were able to move our work date up and completed the whole job in one day. The crew was efficient, cleaned up the site and did a great job. Came by a week later and checked everything was satisfactory. Absolutely stellar people to work with, would recommend and if I ever needed roofing again I would call them in an instant.

Quick communication and took on this small repair job with the same professionalism as if it were a bigger one. They came quickly and repaired it, noting any deficiencies and giving me an honest update/price for a future replacement.

Came out to diagnose an over the range microwave and told me it would be $80. I had brought the microwave into the garage, error code displayed when powered on. Error code indicates specific part. The technician looked at it, turns it on and reads the error code to me. Tells me the issue is probably the part the error code states. Here is the problem, that was considered the diagnosis... Simply reading the error code that I already googled. The tech opened the panel, several screws, bent the outer 'casing' and tells me that a part is needed. I am then billed over 300 for the 'service' unbeknownst to me. I thought he was still diagnosing, also tells me I'm lucky I brought it to the garage or I would be paying more. Very unprofessional.

The insulation in my my attic was pretty low. I had contacted a few companies and Exotherm was very prompt and professional. Came out and gave me a fair quote and promptly set up service. When they showed up they were great. Got the job done quickly and quietly (didn't wake the baby) and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them again easily.

The shut off on my water meter needed to be replaced. David and Colin were able to tell me what needed to be done prior to their arrival, came and replaced the part super quick and efficiently. While they were there I asked about two other leaky shut offs, the outside hoses, and they were able to take the time and replace them. Once done everything was tested. I will definitely be using Durham Plumbing as my go to plumbing service. Fantastic work done by great people.

I contacted DCD to replace about 66 feet of fence and a gate. They were able to come and measure quite quickly, provide an estimate and then attend the following day. Del and his crew were very fast and completed the project in just over a day in winter conditions. Camille was very quick and responsive with anything we needed. The work itself is a huge improvement and quite sturdy and attractive. I will hire them again

Elias is an absolute pleasure to work with. He communicated with us and was able to adjust his schedule to meet ours. The work that was done looks great, was done quickly and he is an absolute professional. I would and have contacted him again for more work.

Contacted WR to replaced the roof on our new house, they sent someone out the next day to survey and give us a quote package and options. They made it very easy to choose them, they arrived and the crew went to work. Fantastic and professional, super quick and they returned the next day to further clean up. I would call them again for any work!
