Wow! Belyea Brothers just delivered and installed exactly what they promised, when they promised it.
I live on Monarch Park in the East End of Toronto (Greenwood/Danforth) and I am impressed with both the sale representative Jamieson and the installer Jit and his assistant.
I wanted to a/c our upstairs and living room, and since we had boilers our family has been living with noisy box a/c units that just were noisy and showing signs of wear.
Jamieson gave me a quote, listed a few options, took photos of both where the interior units and exterior unit were to be installed. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured, and he left me feeling better informed and aware of all the options (and in writing!). I chose the DAIKEN 2MXS18 unit for the exterior with two interior units. This unit is both a heat pump and air conditioner; the heating aspect is a bonus for us.
Jit came and installed them today. The first thing he did when we met was to tell me exactly what he and his partner (sorry I don't recall your name) were going to do, and gave me a completion time that was spot on (it took about 5 hours total), so I knew how my day would be.
Everyone was courteous, professionally friendly, and thorough. Jit told me when he was finished in the living room so that I could move our couch and art back in place. Initially Jit laid down a tarp to catch any debris, and at the end of the install, they cleaned the place up, and took all the packaging and garbage bits with them. AND he showed me both that the units worked, how to use the remote, and took me outside to hear how quiet even the exterior unit was.
When I get exceptional service I want to shout about it. Belyea Brothers has been nothing but professional and I will keep using them (I'll add a maintenance contract next year) and referring my friends and family to them.
