Reply created 27 Dec 2016Thank you for your frank assessment of where you felt you were let down during the process of assisting you with your equipment. Unfortunately, gathering accurate parts information to provide a client with a quote and time-frame for repair can sometimes be a slow and frustrating process (for us as well). This is especially true in circumstances like yours when one manufacturer is re-labeling another manufacturer’s piece of equipment. Fixing or replacing a piece of equipment like a furnace or boiler is a difficult and costly decision to make, which is why we try and provide choices and recommendations for clients, ultimately though the responsibility for the decision is not ours to make.
