I called Leaside Plumbing after our 2nd basement flood within the first month of moving into our new house with my husband. They sent Jonathan a few days after my initial call, who assessed our tankless water heater, a shower issue and our upstairs bathroom. Over the course of 3 visits, Jonathan reinforced the piping on our water heater, fixed the shower issue, re-caulked our bathroom and kitchen and fixed some other minor issues, all at a reasonable rate. Jonathan was very professional, friendly and answered the many questions I had regarding the plumbing in our old home. I would recommend giving Leaside Plumbing a call for your plumbing needs.

Great work replacing drain stack with multiple cracks. Service fast and efficient. Technician helped and guided to solve another minor problem, valuable lesson learned, this was great value! Thank you. Definitely recommend and will use again if necessary!

Originally had a leak from a toilet on the third floor and they responded to an emergency quickly and fixed the problem and then came back promptly to finish the job. When I decided to so some bathroom renovations I called them back and once again they responded promptly. Dylan did great work, was very pleasant, and cleaned up after he finished. He also recommended a great electrician. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Every time we use this company’s service we are extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the workmanship. Rick did a first rate job of unblocking a badly clogged drain and replacing cracked and leaking pipes. I was especially pleased that Rick took time to explain the reasons that drains get clogged and a few simple preventative measures we can take to avoid similar problems in future.

Jonathan was very courteous when he showed up on time and I told him we had the repair done already as the dripping was getting worse and couldn't wait any longer. He didn't get upset at all. He saw the the work done and was truthful about not changing the tank because it will last another 7 years. I really appreciate his honesty and I will recommend him .

I cannot say enough about the excellent service, workmanship and professionalism of Leaside Plumbing and Heating. They sent Rick out right away and he was a wealth of information, incredibly thorough, and gave me lots of little extra tips and insights. I have always had great service from Leaside Plumbing and this was no exception. They are one of those service providers that puts their clients first. Rick epitomized the culture. He is highly knowledgeable, patiently explained the issues and solutions (including offering a lower cost option that was of similar quality), was on time, efficient, kept the workspace very clean (during and left it so afterward) and very friendly. He even provided me helpful advice on other work I have been considering. I would definitely recommend Leaside Plumbing.

During our renovation we had to locate gas pipe in the kitchen to have a gas stove and relocate gas pipe in the wall in the basement. I was recommended the company by my contractor. Jonathan, the technician, is always friendly, answered all questions, on time, very attentive, and his work was very neat - much appreciated with the service!
