    Boiler, water heater installations

    You would not be disappointed to do business with them. We found them to be very responsive, strong communicators, with excellent people.

    Excellent service

    When our furnace broke down on a freezing cold day we called Shipton. They had someone at our house in 1 hour even though it was a Friday night. Our furnace was replaced within 40 hours of us calling. The representative was amazing and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend Shipton for your furnace and AC needs. Thanks to Shipton we are toasty warm and will be nice and cool in the summer!!

    Heat pump repair

    The technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a good job. I was pleased.

    Furnace not working

    the furnace was not working . They tried several things to try and fix it. We ended up with a new furnace. Great service. Polite and friendly people . No compaints at all

    Furnace not working

    Called Shipton's on the weekend as the furnace had stopped. Justin the (technician) called a bit later and tried to help me to reset it but it didn't work so he said they were busy and would call me before he comes. I just stepped out for an hour and got a call he was in my driveway....he came in and fixed it in no time at all. Very please with the service and promptness!

    Furnace replacement

    Highly recommend them. We were impressed from the original service visit,through Dan sales and Gary installation by the professionalism. Will be on touch when AC unit needs replacement. Thanks

    Annual check on Furnace

    Shiptons continues to be an outstanding company. They stand by their products. Josh was our service provider for our annual check on our furnace, excellent, couldnt ask for better. Also, Terry in the office always makes time to answer any questions and make you feel like you matter. We pay an annual service fee so my cost is an estimate, they insist Home Stars insist I leave one. P. Cape P. cape

    Service & Repair

    Shipton's installed our furnace in 2015 and we signed on for the very reasonable monthly payment for annual service. Thanks to regular yearly maintenance we have been problem free until recently when we tested the furnace in readiness for winter. The problem was quickly diagnosed by Owen (who is a mine of knowledge and information) new parts ordered and quickly installed. All covered under the 10 year warranty. Every person we have had contact with at Shipton's over the past (almost) 10 years has been polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They honour their warranty...no questions asked. I have nothing but very positive experiences with Shipton's and would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly continue to use their service as and when the need arrises.
