    AC maintenance

    I had my AC spring service by Justin, who was very thorough in his work and explanations of the processes involved. It was reassuring to have the professional approach to the maintenance, which gives peace of mind for the reliability of the unit for the upcoming season.

    Very competent and friendly experience with boiler disconnection

    We were suddenly left in a lurch to get our gas boiler and hot water heater tank disconnected when we were strangely ghosted by our former company!! We had to urgently find another company to perform this work, on a specific date so that the drywalling could proceed on schedule. We were very fortunate that Andrew from Shipton's came to save the day! He showed up, quoted us a price and moved "mountains" to reschedule other jobs so that we could get our work done on the only date available to us. The tech Ian came on time and worked meticulously to carefully disconnect the boiler, gas water heater, seal the gas pipes, and remove the old cast iron pipes. Shipton's literally saved the day!! Definitely and honest and reliable company.

    New Furnace and AC

    Needed to replace existing furnace and AC. Process was straight forward and they were prompt with communication and booking the install. All my questions got answered by patient technicians and the sales rep. I am confident that the customer service will continue now that the job is complete because I have dealt with Shiptons before. They are a good company with great service.

    Repair to heat pump / duct cleaning

    Cannot commend Justin and Blake highly enough. Justin has been to my house several times. He knows my equipment and my dog. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything he has to do and then does. Always smart and a very clean worker Blake just cleaned my ducts. He too is smart and a clean worker. He told me what the cleaning entailed and went about his work. Five stars to both of them.

    Quality Service

    I have used Shiptons for service since my home was built 6 years ago. I purchased the full maintenance program and they have continued to deliver on their promises without exception or complaint. In fact they have gone beyond the contractual services to assist my family that was going through a hellish experience the deficiencies on our new build. We have two boilers, furnace central air and hot water heated floors and driveway. They have provided expertise on every issue we have encountered which was 10+. I recommend Shiptons to any family that wants peace of mind, hassle freest fair prices.

    Heating & Cooling

    We had an issue with fireplace and Nigel was our serviceman excellent advice on how to go forward with extending the life of our fireplace & we will definitely make the necessary changes thank you for all your help today

    Long Time Reputable Company

    We have a Service Contract with Shipton's who are a Family Business since 1924. After dealing with Reliance for many years and their unpredictable service levels it has been a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

    Water was leaking from my furnace

    The serviceman solved the issue with my furnace in short order. He showed a great deal of common sense and was thorough and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his work ethic. D. Hector
