I had just moved into my house and needed it to be cleaned and sanitized. Jay was very courteous at the time of my initial query, answered all my questions with patience and gave me a great deal. He was on time and very careful with my new property. Upon his arrival I requested him to include for cleaning some more areas in my home. He not only accepted my requested but didn't even charge me more. Throught his stay at my place he was cordial and professional. Knew what to do from the get go and finished his work in a flash. He is one to stand by his work and claims as well. After he left he returned (at my request) a week later to address a minor concern I had and ended up redoing all the tiles and grout. I am thoroughly impressed by the way Jay conducts himself. Absolutely a gem of a guy. Just as his company slogan states, they truely are PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY.

I was very satisfied with service that jay provided , he was friendly on time knew what he was doing . He's comments wore very helpful and on point . I would highly recommend jays crevices .

I needed help fast. The cartridge from a red pen was caught in the beater bar of the vacuum cleaner. It was twisted and red ink burst onto the taupe colored carpet. A streak , three feet long and gobs of red ink. I thought the carpet was ruined but called a few emergency cleaning services. Jay answered his phone, advised me on what to do till he got there. He arrived within a few hours and was able to remove the stain completely. What a relief! Great job,great service . He will be back next week for other carpet cleaning and grout cleaning projects. Jay and his colleague were very professional. Any previous stains we had in our carpets had come up after our first service. Without any questions asked, Jay had come back and redone any of the spots where old stains had come up! Thank you for your quick, friendly and professional service! Jay Nader and his colleague arrived right on time. We hadn't spoken in 2 weeks so I was bit apprehensive that they had forgotten about me. However arrived on time, came in, did an absolute fantastic job on the sofa. It had many discolourations on it (solid colour sofa), and now it looks pretty close to brand new! Also steamed cleaned my drapes, which were not dirty, just very dusty. Another excellent job! We will definitely call again next year for a spring cleaning!!! Thanks Jay!!

Jay was friendly, professional and at a great cost. They came within a couple days of me calling and not only did the jobs I had booked them for but went the extra mile doing added extra little rugs and mats. They were quick had great equipment, left everything looking clean and perfect and were an affordable great rate.

Our shower has one wall and the floor which are made from very small marble tiles. It looks great but because there is a lot of grout, it is very difficult to clean. Jay came promptly at the agreed time and did an excellent job. He is a real perfectionist and applied three different treatments to the shower. The difference is stunning. All my elbow grease with different compounds done weekly made an insignificant change. With Jay's treatment, it looks new. I recommend Steam Kleen without reservation. Great job.

My cat suddenly took to using my sofa as her litter box, over this past week. I have tried, on my own, with my little green machine to clean it, but to no avail. I called Jay and he was here within the hour. He and his crew were very thorough and it smells as though I may be able to invite people into my home again! Thank you Jay for coming to the rescue.

I hired Steam Kleen early this week in the midst of a very anxiety ridden/horrible situation. Not only were they calm, helpful and professional but they came almost immediately (Day of initial call). The work they did in drying and sanitizing my toilet water soaked carpet was completed in a timely matter and since moving in I've never seen the carpet so clean. Jay and his staff are helpful, reliable and have a pleasant, friendly disposition even when negotiating price. The prices are fair and fall under the low end of the spectrum. In all I rate them 10/10 in customer service and in the actual service you receive. Very different than my experiences with other cleaning companies I've had in the past. Would hire again absolutely.
